   So if the paint bucket doesn't work, how is it AT?

      It requires AT to properly function.  Just like the rest of Giant Crops, there is currently no way to get the paint bucket to properly work on the flowers. But, they are still randomly picked when growing into a Giant Crop as long as AT is installed.

      To my knowledge, not at this time, unless More Giant Crops adds a way for variants

      No problem! It was actually your Floral Essence mod that sorta prompted me to make this in the first place. XD
      With more Giant flowers around, I got tired of seeing just the one base color.
      
      But glad you like it~
