In version 1.2.0, if you long press the right mouse button to use tools (except for the sickle, which can be used normally) or when empty-handed in the farmland, it will kick away scarecrows and sprinklers. I tested version 1.1.9 and there is no such issue.
I downloaded version 1.2.1, but the situation has not changed; the same problem occurs even when using the scythe. I removed all other MODs to test and confirmed that it is not a MOD conflict that caused this issue.
I was able to replicate this issue originally on version 1.2.0. I reworked some of the mod logic to prevent the issue. I just tested again on version 1.2.1 and I can not replicate this issue any more. I have a field of sprinklers and scarecrows setup and I can use any tool (or empty hands) with right-clicks, left-clicks, and holds. No issue occurs. Testing with game version 1.6.15 and absolute minimal mods. If this is still an issue, I'm not sure what is triggering it.

(I do have the "shake things as you pass" setting enabled). Issue 1: when I walk through it, the sprinkler shakes. Sprinklers should not shake. It's a minor cosmetic issue, but if you can manage to fully ignore sprinklers it will help with issue 2. Issue 2: I hold the right mouse button down as I walk around/through the 3x3 collecting pineapples. When I cross the middle, I pick up the sprinkler. I hear a "tool noise" as if I had knocked it. When I did this, I had an empty tool slot selected. Please let me know if there's anything you'd like me to try.
An idea, what about adding an option to tie the mod to the "Ol' Slitherlegs" Book. Would make for a good upgrade but it's just an idea don't know how difficult it would be to due, its up to you.
Hey, thanks for clarifying that it does indeed make use of the book. I think I was talking about having a config that once you unlocked the book you could then walk through objects and without it you can't.
On another note glad to see an update, but heads up it seems that nexus is not notifying people that it has updated you should fix that if you can.

Could it be possible to make garden pots passable so the garden pots from the 3x3 Planters mod are easier to use? If it was also possible to do a little jump when walking on them (like the little jump one does when entering the spa), that would be amazing.
An option to let you walk on stars down in the mines and skull cavern would be nice too.
Version 1.2.0 added config options for custom include/exclude objects. You can add either "Garden Pot" or "(BC)62" to the include field to achieve that result. "Ladders" in mines are not actually objects so they require a completely different approach (see Passable Ladders), but you could include "Staircase" or "(BC)71" to make user-placed stairs passable.
Even though I unchecked the box for "shake when passing", it doesn't saves. I can save or save & close, it doesn't work. When I open the options again, it's awalys checked.

While I didn't add a specific option for Lightning Rods, version 1.2.0 does support custom include/exclude objects so you could add "Lightning Rod" or "(BC)9" as a custom include to achieve that functionality.
A small feedback: I encountered an odd situation. During winter, I couldn't walk through a Mushroom Tree even when it was at Stage 1/5 (my walk-through limit is set to "up to Stage 4/5"). Other tree types work normally and allow passage. This issue disappears in other seasons—even if the Mushroom Tree is at Stage 4/5, I can walk through it normally.
I've been enjoying this mod for a bit now! recently I've been unable to pass through partially grown trees despite having the modification set so I can.
I wanted to thank you for this mod that I've been using for a while now and I couldn't do without it anymore. Could you put i18n for translations in other languages?
