Can anyone explain to me how to get this mod to work ? Do I have to restart my world to use it since I put the mod in after building sheds and it is only showing the base game version of the shed. I even tried to delete and buy a new shed to to get the modded shed but it did not work. So can I have some help please?
It works by putting it in the mod folder. No need for a new world or new sheds. Two reasons it might not be working for you. 1. you don't have it installed correctly. 2. your Farm Type is modded, so doesn't exist in the assets folder.
First off let me start by saying I Iove the mod. Gives me plenty of room to expand and grow. I do have to say though the upgraded shed is 48X25 not 47. I know its silly, very silly but something i noticed and might want other people to know. I did download this mod mid play through so not sure if that made a difference but there it is.
No worries. I'm just kinda strange when it comes to numbers and evenness (I cant even have the volume on the TV be a number that's not divisible by 5). So when i start planing out a layout i start count dimensions and size in order to place things.
okay, after 20 minutes of testing I have discovered that closing your game fixes the issue. The next time you open Stardew Valley, the Big Shed will work as intended. Sorry for the inconvenience.
I love this shed mod, but may I please echo the sentiment below and request that the door be moved to the middle? It makes dividing the shed into two halves much better.
I made this for a group of friends and that is where they wanted it. They didn't want it divided in half, but to have it long to one side for lines of machines.

Two reasons it might not be working for you.
1. you don't have it installed correctly.
2. your Farm Type is modded, so doesn't exist in the assets folder.
make a copy of Shed_Standard and Shed2_Standard
change Standard part of the name to the code name of the modded map.

The map is 0-49 with the floor going 1-48 (0 and 49 are walls)
