Is there any method to reclaim recipes after triggering wizard 3 heart event?
I got the spellbook and opened the menu, finding it refuse to response when I click spells. Turns out the files named RunMagic and [RM]ContentPacks are supposed to place seperately in mods folder instead of letting them stay in the same folder after decompression. Otherwise it will only load ContentPacks. I know this might not be considered as a bug, but perhaps can explain other posts about recipe problems.
Aftering placing those two folders correctly now I can use the spellbook properly but still without recipes, I wonder if there is a way to fix this.
So, do the conjuration spells actually summon items? Because this game doesn't really like you having multiple copies of the same tool, and doesn't let you get rid of them. Your axe is your axe forever.
Also, how does this play with multiple players? Does it handle that fine, or do some spells get funky about host/guest things?
Hey Fierrof, I really like your mod and have been enjoying it a lot but I would recommend separating the magic from rune because I updating some of my mods and I deleted the file of the mod but I didn't install the new version until tomorrow, well I didn't actually download it because I couldn't remember the name and whenever I search magic it won't pop up so I had to wait for 14 days -_- until I was able to figure it out, which means your mod is harder for people to find this is probably why there isn't as many downloads even though your mod is really good.
Could someone please help me? I can't get this to work properly. I played with Rune Magic, but the spells refuse to level up. And there was no recipee for scroll scribe - blank one. I did get the book tho. And could trigger heart 5 event. But later I added MARGO mod, and the book turned into a blank scroll. I assume I gotta re-trigger the Rasmodia heart 3 and heart 5 events? How do I do it? Ho do I fix this? I just want this to work. Thank you in advance!
Mainly, I can't figure out how to make Blank Runes or Scrolls.
And secondly, I seem to have had a Item ID shuffle, and my Spellbook changed into another Item, and now I have no access to spells? I can't seem to trigger the cutscene again either...
Blank Runes and Scrolls are in the crafting menu. The item id shuffle sounds like a faulty installation somehow, I would need more info to help you there. Maybe try removing it saving without the mod and installing it again?
Ok, removing the mod, saving without it, and reenabling it seems to allow me to get the Spell Book cutscene again with the help of Event Repeater (removing the "Seen Trigger" for it).
For some reason still not getting the Blank Rune or Blank Scroll to show up still though.
Here is my SMAPI Log if that might help figure out what might be causing this issue, and screenshots of what I am seeing:
On a side note, also noticed a strange issue that the Transmutation Spell doesn't do what is stated and just teleports me to my House?
that is an old version of the mod. I think you mixed the files. The last version has the blank runes and scrolls in the crafting menu and everything else in a custom menu that I spent a weak making, please use it xD.
How did you remove the seen trigger exactly? I tried to do the same thing but now I'm just stuck without a spellbook and I can't find the right event to reset.
Debating whether or not to download the mod, but I'm a long time user of the Magic skill that used it frequently. Is this also a Skill mod, or is it a tools-based magic system?
