The videos are long obsolete, but serve as a demonstration of the new sounds added up to the time of uploading and what to expect from the rest of the updated content until the most recent update.
Many of the sounds, especially the ambient ones, were improved by removing static or similar sounds in post-video updates (in the outdated videos you can still hear them).
As of Stardew Valley 1.6 Custom Music is no longer used.
'Sound Tweaker' is still required, it has not yet been updated but still works excellent in this new version of the game.

Spring Ambient (Day) - Wide variety of singing birds
Spring Ambient (Night) - Crickets and the occasional wolf and owl. It starts to sound in the evenings, even in other seasons, except winter.
Night Time - I still don't know when this music is played. Another variety of night crickets.
Autumn Ambient - Light breeze and birds singing
Summer Ambient - Birds and other small animals
Winter Ambient - Strong and constant cold winds
Ocean - You can feel those waves of the sea.
Pool Ambient - Spa. The more I hear it, the more I see the Pool Rooms.
