Trying to figure this out and so far haven't had much luck... do you know if the current version of Spoilage works with modded fridges like those added by Big Fridges or the ice cooler of 6480's Storage Variety? I can see in aedenthorn's original code that it's looking at... (obj as Chest).fridge.Value
...to decide whether to apply the fridge multiplier. But I'm not sure if "fridge.value" is something that other mods can set on objects (or whether they actually do).
I'm guessing this hasn't been updated/compatible at present, but I'm still commenting in hopes that someone with the will and knowledge will update this/make another!
Does it work with vanilla items only or does it include modded food too? Also do modded storage item count as refrigeration spot, like the cooler from 6840 storage variety?
Love the mod, but is it possible for me to change something in the mod to make Stone Chests refrigerate items too? I want to create a storage shed for crops waiting to be processed, but am unable to place mini fridges outside the farmhouse, so I thought stone chests might be a nice alternative
I love this mod idea! I am working on processing lots of my hoard before I download it ;p I was wondering if you'd consider adding a freezer as a new item that would extend the life of items even further? As it would be a powerful item it could be an end-game item.
edit: idk if it was intended, but it is entirely possible to cook with the spoiled ingredients and make perfectly adequate food! With Love of Cooking anyway, I don't know if it's any different without.
Maybe it is alright, since you can fish out an acceptable gift of a cake from a garbage bin in vanilla. Maybe it would be cool to nerf both of these issues

Or is that a plan after 1.6 is out?
