This mod ports some objects from the SNES game Chrono Trigger as furniture using the Dynamic Game Assets framework.
This is a conversion of the Chrono Furniture for Custom Furniture pack. This DGA version currently contains all the same items as the CF version, with some differences:
  • Chairs now work!
  • Certain items that looked like they should produce light are now classified as lamps!
  • Decorations can go on tables! Except for the decorations that are larger than one tile. Sorry, gotta eat your Dorinan Fish and Hyper Kabob on the floor.

Known issues:
  • The Fiendish Summoning Statue, which is a lamp, only emits light from the left side instead of the whole sprite. Game limitation?
  • A lot of item descriptions are too long and go off the screen. Word wrap worked fine in the CF pack, not sure what the difference is. Will research later.
  • Decorations that can rotate, the Dorinan Bottle and Dorinan Dinner Plate, only display their main orientation when placed on a table. Game limitation?
  • The Dorinan Clock sits really high on the wall. Research later.
  • I want to make second copies of some items that can be centered to line up with beds or rugs, like the Slasher, Fiendish Throne, and some statues.
  • Animation is a little weird on Fiendish Summoning Statue, Fiendish Candelabra, and Fiendish Flame. May adjust later.

Note that these are not hand drawn, but ports of the exact sprites.
