I was playing with the mod and noticed that there is a small visual glitch with the wood texture. the origional game wood shows up over top the mods texture. I'd give you a picture if i could figure out how to share screenshots on this site.
I might do artifacts but dunno about ingots and minerals since I'm pretty much attached to this mod in my playthroughs,lol. So It isn't really motivating for me to do retextures for those things (only if I maaaaybe would like to do a whole animated texture sheets for it)
You can try those retextures for minerals and ingots that Vanilla Tweaks have though - they are great too
Wow, this looks nice! I could fix it as unofficial mod update I guess.. since the original author is unactive since 2020. Well, It will take some time for me to do, when it's ready I can DM you if you want (and ofc I will post the link in original mod comment section)

I know this is a weird idea but - I think by now everyone (including you) have retextured all items in the game. The only things that I haven't seen retextures of monsters and dungeons. These've been left kinda abandoned looks-wise since vanilla, so if you can, look into that, maybe? It'd really appreciate it.
Idk, I'm not really good at drawing entities yet. And I kinda think the ingame sprites for them look good enough (for me at least, lol). Maybe in the future when I will have more skill in pixel art, but not now. Same with the dungeons, I personally think they are looking perfect and their color pallete gives me a good vibe (especially the volcano and the lover lava levels of regular mines) There's 2 mods I personally use for retexturing monsters, you can try them if you want: cuter slimes https://www.nexusmods.com/stardewvalley/mods/6073 and dust spirits makeover https://www.nexusmods.com/stardewvalley/mods/11219
