You need to download any archiver, such as 7-Zip (totally free) or WinRar (Only 40 trial days are given, after which you need to pay to continue.) and unpack the contents, and after that, you will be given an already unpacked folder:)
how can I go about installing the hairs shown on this mod preview? I really want the far top right one, closest to mine I've found for SD the naver link only seems to give an image and no mod
So from what i can tell, you need the link below the image one. However you need to sign up and verify your identity to join the group so i'm not sure.
