Based on an old xnb edit I made, now updated to use Content Patcher.
Can be modified to support seasonal variants, comes with several alternate colour files both with back spikes and without.
This mod edits the size and description of the Dinosaur Egg as well. No config 'cause I'm lazy but the changes can be deleted from content.json if you want to keep the eggs massive.
Now also available as an Alternative Textures version, many thanks to Purple Chickadee for handling the conversion!
Requires Content Patcher to function. Simply unzip and drop into your Mods folder!
You are free to modify the contents and recolour the sprites as long as you credit this page as the original.
