For whatever reason with the new 1.6 update Chase's house appears to be floating in between the path to Ridgeside (another mod) and the path up to the bus. Would be greatly appreciated if there was something I needed to do to fix or if you could let me know if a update to the mod will be needed. Thanks!
The 1.6 update increased the map size of the vanilla bus stop map and so any mods that patched it were 10 tiles off. So the fix is to edit the co-ordinates of the patch in the mod's files.
I really really like the concept of the mod, but the sprites for Chase and Daniel keep merging into one another. The path to their house on the Bus Stop map doesn't change to match recolors like the one I'm using (DaisyNiko). Also, their dialogue sounds a bit stunted and isn't punctuated, which I attempted to manually fix in their content files but now I know all the spoilers. I think for now I'll be uninstalling the brothers until my next save when hopefully the sprites are fixed!
When I have Chase and Daniel installed Dan's sprite is glitched, how to explain this...... Looks like his sprite is merged with Chase. Maybe I give them a chance in my next big mod save.
I have both SVE and Ridgeside Village and while the mod should have been patched to work with them, Chase's house does not appear at the bus stop and going up the path and to the left causes me to enter the house. My character also clips into the bed and furniture in the house. Is there something I've done wrong?
Why does it give me an empty folder when I try to download this mod? In the mod details it has it all on there but when I download the mod its an empty folder. How do I fix that?
other than the clint clipping, anyone know how to remove the ramp? it doesn match my recolor and its driving me crazy but i really like chase so dont want to remove him
I absolutely love Chase! But there are a couple things i noticed. First, when he and Daniel are at the Saloon, Chase ends up overlapping with Clint because they're trying to occupy the same tile, and Daniel's location in the Saloon overlaps with Zoro, another custom NPC i have installed. The other thing i noticed, since i keep SMAPI running on my second monitor while i play, with the Part of the Community mod installed, Chase and Daniel's names appear as bridunow_Chase and bridunow_Daniel. Just thought you should know.
Thanks! I have noted the first thing down so I can change it in the future. The name thing in SMAPI is right as it is to make sure that the game doesnt break if anybody else adds NPCs with the same name. They should appear normal in the game though, just in SMAPI they have these names for competability.
