Hello, I wanted to say that this is my favorite mod for stardew valley and thank you so much for the happiness it has brought me in my play throughs. It is working just fine for me on version 1.6 of the game.
I really did not like how normally the game goes silent for so much of the day. I used to waste a lot of time in my in-game days, running back and forth to exit and re-enter map areas just to restart the music. Then I tried some other mods to remedy the problem before I found this one, such as mods to increase the functionality of the mini jukebox (I would put one on my farm so that I wouldn't have to water my fields in silence... but then as soon as I walk into any farm building or farm cave, the music abruptly stops, returning to jarring silence.) or even a mod which adds a pair of headphones to select a track to listen to (I thought it was neat, but it was just not quite what I was looking for, and had its own pros and cons).
Then I found this one day completely by accident. It has been everything I had hoped for! :) no longer do I have to spend so much time in silence on my farm each day. How lovely it is to be able to enjoy the soundtrack of the game without worry. Sometimes when the music loops I find myself thinking how glad I am for this mod in my game, so I thought I should come and say thank you!<3

This mod works as advertised for single player, but for splitscreen coop it has two issues:
1. In the secret woods the music constantly plays the first measure of the song in a loop. Sometimes if you leave the secret woods this issue persists for the rest of the day. 2. When hearing mine music, it only plays for a split second and then stops.
This mod worked well up until summer when we started going deeper into the mines where there's music, and by the time we unlocked the secret woods, the mod was no longer worth it.
Thank you! This is my number one issue with the game, and I've been looking for a solution since I started playing. I have ADHD and it's just harder to focus when the game goes silent for half the day.
Thrilled to see this mod come on the scene! The music loops nicely and until a reasonable time, which is fantastic. No more leaving and reentering the farm, making sure to be outside at noon, or avoiding shops and cutscenes after noon.
I will note that the music does replace some location-specific music, like town and

It would be great to have some more exclusion zones -- at least I think so -- but I nonetheless heartily recommend the mod as it currently is.
It's a brand-new mod, so there might still be some room for improvement. I am sure the location-specific music will be restored. As someone who had been wondering why music doesn't play more often, this is a good mod to have!
In fact, the music in the woods when I checked it out today did play correctly! Maybe it's a time of day thing, or maybe I misunderstood what was going on. My opinion stands: absolutely fantastic mod, and it makes playing the game nicer!
Ideas for future updates: - I would prefer music to stop looping even later, maybe around 20:00. Ideally you could add a config option for this even. - The fading effect when loops end is pretty abrupt. Maybe there is a way to extend the fading so it takes longer, maybe around 10-15s (min) or so?
But: Shouldn't this rather be called MUSIC Loop Mod? Because that's what it does, right?
