Hello! I'm in love with your mods! I was wondering if I had permission to use some of the seasonal outfits you worked on for Poltergeister's mod for portraits with a different design (with credit given to you, of course)?
Bit the bullet and gave the mod a shot (current version should be 1.5.6). Pleased to report that over the last week that I've been using this mod, I haven't had encounters with any issues... Should this change, I'll post an update. Many thanks for making the mod. Shane's vanilla post-marriage dialogue made me feel like I made my farmer marry a strange man...
I know this mod is old but I love it so much. Unfortunately the dialogue bubbles very often do not show up - like you mentioned in bugs. But it is very often. Sometimes every other day. Must be due to a patch maybe. I love it when I do get him to talk with me though. You really stayed true to his character. ; u; I hope you do mods in the future!
Thanks so much for the great mod <3 After the amount of character growth Shane had pre-marriage, seeing his dialogue for after marriage broke my heart, especially since I and various family members work hard to stay productive and whatnot despite mental illness :') Your version feels very respectful, thank you <3
Thank you! Yes, it was so disappointing to see not only a backslide, but such a flatness to him afterward. I wanted to portray the good days and bad days, and the sense of "it's not fixed, but for the most part, it's manageable."
Easily my favorite mod for this game-- kudos to you for fixing his writing up and giving respectful nods to mental illness. Feels great to see a part of my own identity represented in such a real way, haha... Cheers (*´v`*)
Wow, thank you so much! It's a large part of my own identity as well and important to me to represent it properly, although we all experience it a bit differently of course. I'm very pleased that others find it successful!
