Hi I have this mod, the raphtalia mod and HD portraits mod together, but the portrait doesn't change.

  It doesnt need to replace any files as its a Content Patcher mod. Do you mean Raphtalia doesnt change portrait?

  I was using pytk and not listing it as dependency, now it should be using HD portraits properly, sorry for the inconvenience. If you install it again, delete first the old version
