The plant/counter might potentially disrupt all mods that make Marlon a real NPC with schedule. Generally the exit point for the counter is right where the plant is.
Speaking of non-NPCs, there's a metric ton of mods for the museum that alter the map to add/tweak characters. Make Gunther Real adds a home at the far end of the museum & a whole extra npc living there, the back wall of the display area has two mods of its own, the Museum Expansion mod & Professor Jasper both add accommodations & one npc each. And then there's the mod that gives Gunther a room and nothing else, its right behind where he stands. Needless to say, most of these also clear a path for Gunther to move about.
This is as always beautiful, nice use of Elven blade :)
