   Can confirm, it doesn't work with SVE, they both try to edit the interior of Harvey's flat, so CP ends up loading neither. I don't have a save far enough into the game to test the events in Harvey's flat, so I can't tell for certain if there would be actual conflict with the events that SVE edited, but for now it's incompatible.
