Gus will pay you his rent bar on the island resort monthly.

It took you so long to collect each golden walnut till you can build the resort. Then Gus opens his bar in your resort without your permission!? How rude!
This mod adds an event in which Gus will visit your farm after you built the resort, he'll ask to rent the bar and will pay you around 800-1200g on the last day of every month.
This mod also adds a 20% chance that Gus will send you a rare recipe, "Tropical Curry" if you don't learn it yet. The condition is after he rented the bar, you are on at least year 3, and you reached 10 hearts with him.

You need Content Patcher, Mail Framework Mod, and Expanded Preconditions Utility for this mod to work.

Dialogues and letters are poorly written because I'm not good at this, I'd be glad if someone was interested to improve them.
