1. The Animal Husbandry and Miller Time mods are no longer required.
2. Seeds/Forage and Cooking/Crafting recipes have been split into two different 'shops'. Players must click on Joseph for Seeds and Forage, and click the opposite end of the cart for the "Recipe Catalogue" to appear.
3. To produce "Candied Salmon Nuggets" with the Cold Smoker, both "Traditional Cold-Smoked Salmon" and "Maple Syrup" are required in the player's inventory for the correct 'recipe' to trigger.
4. For a special cooking recipe, you will need both 9 hearts with Gus and the Stone Grinder crafting recipe for the letter to trigger.

I really love this mod. But I'm totally stumped by the stone grinder. So frustrating! Also, how do I roast pine nuts? Is that a recipe I don't have yet? Please!
I can't figure out the stone mill either. I THINK I have goat cheese working away in the cold smoker right now, but I need to give it more time to make sure it worked. I really wish we could get some help w/ that stone mill!!!!
i have a quick question. . when do the seeds appear in the shop for this mod? I saw in the comments the recipes show up in year 2 do the seeds show up later as well? I'm still in spring of year one and no seeds from this mod are in the shop yet
can you make this compatible with daisy niko earthly recolors i just got to the first day of seeing the seed shop and it shows up in the unrecoloured state
I was looking for this too. I would love to have a DaisyNiko recolour version available. The mod still works, it just doesn't blend in with the town recolour.

I have not been able to purchase anything from Joseph's Cart that is not easily obtainable through normal means. I also have not found any recipes at the cart. I have purchase items when he & his wife are in town even though I don't need them in order to show my support, but at what point to I earn enough brownie points to be able to get stuff I can't already get elsewhere? And when do recipes become available. I do enjoy your mods, so I assume this is something I'm doing wrong, not anything wrong with the mod itself. Just looking for information. Thanks so much for all your hard work.
I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble. I'm not sure what issues you've been having with purchasing items from the shop's main menu, but if you could send me a copy of your SMAPI log to take a look, that would be great.
The recipes book is a little tricky to activate, as it's separate from the main shop menu. To access it, you'll need to click at the very opposite end of the cart [near the Clinic] for it to activate. You should be able to access the book as soon as the shop first appears in town [though recipes won't start becoming available until Y2].
Okay, that's probably the problem, then. I'm still in year 1. I guess I'll have to wait. If it still is an issue after that, I'll be back. :) I really enjoyed this mod before 1.6, and expect that it will be even better once I fulfill the needed requirements. I dont know if im being really dumb here but how can i get dried purple corn? I presumed twilight corn would give that but it produces dried blue corn. Josephs stall only sells blood red, ice blue, twilight, rainbow and salmon corn. Am i missing something?
Dried Purple Corn can only be made with Stardrop Corn. The rest of Joseph's corn varieties will only produce Dried Yellow, Red, or Blue corn. Stardrop Corn seeds can be purchased from the Shop in the Fall.
Hello, I bought recipes from Joseph Seed Shop, but the pictures of these recipes are not lit up in the recipes I have. I would like to ask why this is happening? I am now in the fourth spring, is it due to time constraints?
Aside from the Stone Grinder and Cold Smoker, cooking and crafting recipes are available on a seasonal basis only, meaning you'd need to be in that precise season for the recipe to appear again.
