I just saw your tumblr that you are getting back to Stardew Valley. Any plans on making furniture mods? Been seeking for some cute interiors mods all around but most of em are 1.2 version. Not even sure if it is a trend but most interior mods that people been making are mainly classy black and stuff oAo"

The "o" with a line above it is like a long "O" sound. If you cannot put it in the game you use "ou" instead. So proper romanization would be "Kakigouri".
I speak Japanese myself so I am aware of this, though thanks for pointing it out! My first language is Welsh and our 'o' pronounciation is a much more similar sound against the Japanese pronounciation, so it always feels weird to change the sound to 'ou'. That's probably why sometimes the correct romanji for English pronounciations seem so weird to me! ^.^
