@calophi I'm sorry, but I don't play multiplayer, so I can't confirm if this will work in that mode. Additionally, I'm not the creator of the mod. You might want to consider reaching out to the creator of the unofficial mod through the forum link for assistance.
He is on hiatus which means he may come back but in the meantime, he left his mods for others to continue. Let's hope one of them will take pity on us and update it :) I've seen at least 1-2 updated of his so far.
Works great, only issue is when I place a patio it does it two boxes below where my mouse is located. Not sure if it's a map thing, an SVE thing, resolution, or what. Just wanted to say I have this issue.
Just figured out the perfect place holder hack if you have the money/resources on hand for it. Use Mills until you need to place the patios then move them as needed as the Mills are the exact same size as the patios

Place your mouse over where the TOP LEFT square of where you want the Spouse Outside Area to be, then press F8.
Choose the option to put the Spouse Outside Area there.
Also I can only press F8 once, after the first time the wizard doesn't show up at all anymore until I restart the game.
