Do you use Slightly Cuter Character Sprites? Are you also a fan of andril11’s Museum Expansion? This mod makes Charlie and Randy Slightly Cuter. His beach hairstyle is inspired by OrangePieUwU’s portraits for Charlie.
Full disclosure- I have not encountered Randy yet in my play through. I don’t know how his animations look in-game.
