Hey, just to let you know, if, for whatever reason, the recovery is higher than the amount spent, eventually when your stamina is full it goes beyond the top of the bar. Would it be possible to add a check to just restore to full if the amount recovered would go past the max stamina?

LMAO I had no idea that was even possible! Yeah gimme a day or two and I'll roll out a fix for that (I have school). Sorry for the oversight!

All good, I tested it immediately cause I once made a personal mod with a non-standard form of recovery too and had that happen lmao.

Sorry for the late fix, but I just released an update to fix this bug. Lemme know if you notice any other bugs, and thank you for the heads up :D
  2. hi! When i use a max cast, it dosent waste energy, but it dosent replenish energy, (could be because of my other mods but) 1.6.4

Hey! Sorry for the late response, but I just released an update to let you manually set how much stamina this mod restores. It was originally intended to make you not waste energy, and that's still the default, but you can set it to whatever you want via GMCM or editing the config.json file.

I hope it works well for you!

Hiya! I was wondering if you'd be willing to make the stamina restored configurable? At least in my use case, Max Cast Stamina restores the vanilla energy you would have lost, but then Longevity deducts the extra stamina dictated by its own config.

Hello! I just released an update to let you manually set the stamina restored -- it can be set either with GMCM or just editing the config.json file. I also just noticed your heads up last year about exhaustion, and I couldn't figure out how to prevent the message from displaying, so I added a little message letting you know it didn't actually give you exhaustion :D

Lemme know if you have any other suggestions or if this update broke something that I missed!

Hiya, been using this mod for a while now and it's just perfect. Finally an actual reward (other than distance) for hitting that sweet spot, so thank you for making it. Seems to be working fine on 1.6.

One quirk I've noticed is that despite not lowering stamina upon max casting, it will still cause the exhausted effect if cast at 3 stamina, for example. I wonder if there's a possible fix for this?

Hello! I never actually considered that edge case, so I went ahead and updated it to fix that (I also added a little message for when it happens). Thank you for the heads up!

Thanks for the update, no longer running into that issue ^^

That said, the only other tiny issue I've encountered is that when casting a line which would put you into exhaustion range, the "You're starting to feel exhausted." message pops even if you land a max cast. It's really not a big deal so no worries if there's no easy fix, just figured it'd be worth letting you know.
