Replenishes your stamina when you hit a max fishing cast

A friend of mine said that they thought you shouldn't lose any stamina for casting a fishing line if you get the bar maxed out. I agreed, so I made this very small mod. As long as the big "MAX" sign appears above your bar, it shouldn't take any stamina to cast that line. I also added a config option to manually set the amount of stamina restored (can be set with GMCM or in the config.json file after running the mod at least once)

How to use
No setup is needed. Simply start fishing, and you'll see that when you hit a max fishing cast, you shouldn't lose any stamina!
