Good day, does this work for the island farm as well?

Hello! Nope, this is the map for the beach farm, the map you get to pick and start when you start the game. Maps for ginger island are different.

Just checking, but this is for new save files only, yes? (as in, I would definitely lose my current beach farm if I used it on that save file?)

Nope, you can use it on your current farm. You don't need a new save, since the change to the mod is minimal.
I've mentioned that in readme but I'll also include on the front page now.

Hello, how do you "enable/disable" this mod ? I don't see something like that in the content file or the manifest one. Is it in the XNB file ?
    Thank you very much !

Hi there! .xnb file is the packed version of the map. It is the mod itself.
Did you download the mod through vortex mod manager? Simply clicking and disabling it on your mods list for Stardew would suffice. It's easy one click solution, hence the main file depends on SMAPI and CP to do this.
If you have manually downloaded the file, simply removing the mod folder from the "Mods" folder would do it.

If you use the alternative version to overwrite the file though, you will need to replace the original .xnb file back to revert back to original.
I have revisited the manual, just in case. If you haven't figured how to solve your issue, please do ask and I'll help.
