It can charge, but can't discharge to power other machines. I only managed to make this mod work once. Still testing it and i will update if i figure out anything.
Here it is working. I realized one thing: The battery/water tank has a limit. The small battery for example can only discharge 2, so you would need 1 battery for each machine that uses 2 energies. You can modify this in the directory: [CP] Utility Grid Storage\content.json >> electricDischargeRate or waterDischargeRate
Oh, i got it now. That's why only my Utility Grid Advanced Batteries can be drew electricity from for it has higher discharge rate. Thank to your comment. Now i can change content.js of Simple Electricity System to requires power to run machines to my liking.
When I started this save file the items for this mod showed in my crafting menu, but now they don't. I've tried deleting and reinstalling the mods. I can upload my smapi log but I can't find any errors or notes about the utility grid storage beyond saying it's been loaded as a content pack so I'm not sure it would be helpful. Are there any known incompatibilities/have you seen this problem before? Thanks.
Thanks. They do work when I use dga_store. I tried downgrading DGA and it didn't fix the issue. I also tried cjb cheats and reset my player to level 0 and upgraded to level 2 farming and I got the notification that I had learned the recipes, but instead of a picture of the water tanks and what have you there was a picture of a bush/weeds. Probably a DGA thing. But I figured I'd let you know. Thanks!
