If you are experiencing a bug, please report it on the bugs tab. Having a SMAPI log really helps me as well if you could attach that. And if you see a bug is already filed for your issue, add a comment on the bug to let me know it is impacting multiple people.

Are there any plans for this to work with Stardew Valley Expanded Grampleton Fields? I've noticed it doesn't open the doors on that map, and unsure if it's something with the mod itself for just the way that Grampleton Fields works.
I do plan on looking into this. I assume that Grampleton Fields doesn't consider itself a "Farm" in the game logic (my mod searches through all farms for animal buildings). I will let you know once I got it working.
This should now be resolved in the latest release. Let me know if it works for you. I am looking for animal buildings in all buildable locations, rather than just farms.
Hello everyone, I have been away for a while as I was in the middle of moving to a new state! I am now settled more or less and have had time to take a look at this. Thanks @ToxcsmWolf for the fix. I have merged your pull request and added a few things:
1. Config option for enabling/disabling chat popups 2. When configuring sound option as "Only on Farm", it now only plays if you are on the farm that the animal building is also on (rather than playing the sound if you are on any farm) 3. Fixed bug where it mod didn't recogize some barns/coops (base game changed how they create barns and coops)
