      Click on the green "Code" button and the last option available should be "Download ZIP." It will download all the files in the pack into a .zip file, but then you can enter the file and just extract the one you want. However, I tried downloading this and SMAPI says it's missing the .dll file and therefore can't load the mod.

      You're wrong. You should search for Releases, not code.

   This is the only mod I can find that's supposed to let you have a best man/maid of honor/witness and I would love to get or find an update. The pack on github from the other comment here didn't seem to work. Please!
