Do you know if it's possible to switch over to the other mod you linked in a current save file with already present marriages? Or would that cause bugs?
Replying to myself: Yes, migrating to the other mod by ApryllForever works seamlessly. Apparently the code of that Poly mod is based on the code of this Free Love mod, so deleting the old mod and replacing it with the one you linked works perfectly. It works even better, since it's being maintained properly. The old one by aedenthorn is too buggy nowadays, sadly.
the game let me divorce only one of my husbands after deleting the mod and for some reason, the other one was still labelled as my husband but wasn't living with me. I got frustrated and started messing with files but thankfully I didn't break anything. I installed free love back and Alex was back with me. Then I just disabled the mod and everything seems fine so far
I am having a little problem while doing the divorce. First, I have married all bachelorettes (except of Maru, she has no guts) and now I can't divorce any of them. Everytime i pay the 50k gold to divorce, in the next day nothing happened and the bachelorette still my spouse.
Just to add that I have the same issue. I've married two people, paid the 50k to divorce and the next day they're both still there. Really disappointing, this mod had been great so far.
Does anyone know how to remove this mod? I only installed it because I wanted Krobus to live with us (married Sebastian) but after some bugs I want to remove the mod and only keep Sebastian. Though despite disabling the mod, uninstalling it even, Krobus is still there. I'm really concerned because I'm afraid this is hindering me from having children and I also don't want to lose my save file as I'm very late game.
That's the thing though...I don't want to break Krobus' heart. I know there's the shrine where they can forget about it but I haven't unlocked it yet, and I still don't want to break his heart... Is there any way I can do that through the game's code? I know it's stupid, but I don't want to see Krobus sad.
