Enjoying Older Sebastian? Want to talk about a certain events, share feedback, post fanart or links? Here's a small space to do it.

This thread is for just for feedback -- what you liked, what you didn't. Which events worked for you, which left you cold. I'd love to know if you ever got stuck or if a particular dialogue line just grated on your nerves.

    This is such a great idea! I always want to comment or compliment and I KNOW it would be a spoiler for other players. I think I've seen pretty much all of the content for this story and I have enjoyed it so much. Sebastian feels so fleshed out and real, and despite his troubles, he's really a likeable guy underneath. After being married for a while, I still enjoy the interactions with him everyday and seeing his good days and not so good. I've also liked how aware and compassionate Robin is, but you clearly see how tired she is (11 heart event- I think?) 

    Shane cracked me up in this, and Elliot playing Solarian just fit so well. I loved that odd friendship. All the changes you had to make amaze me. I play with SVE and I always favored Magnus or Lance. It was so much fun to have what feels like a completely new character and deep story to explore. Thank you so much for sharing this project with us!

      The Elliott/Sebastian friendship really surprised me when it happened. I remember having to rewrite Seb's 6 heart event because of Sam, and wondering who could possibly fit that role. Elliott just raised his hand and started jumping up and down xD. Bet he was a theater kid before he got serious about writing.

      I might add more content to this in the future, especially after-marriage stuff. I did push Seb's 13 heart event out to a year after you marry him, and put his second 10 heart event in winter year 2, but just got tired of coding and testing events after awhile. So glad that you've enjoyed Seb's story so far -- thank you for playing!

      I really appreciate how you write Elliott, he is my favorite base game character and like how you make him seem like more a real person.

      Fun fact -- I first started writing Older Seb while already married to Elliott, so I put some extra work into making sure that Elliott's marriage schedule would allow him to still go play games with Older Seb on Saturday nights. Without mods, Elliott is by *far* my favorite bachelor.

    And I want to know, how can I see the * 12 Hearts (BLACK)    // BREAKDOWN - Robin & cry events?
    I have a little problem with reaching the conditions... 
    Had seen the Intro.

      If you've seen the intro at the farm house, then you have to see the other parts of the event in the same day -- it won't repeat (sorry). To trigger, you just need to try and find Seb. Hint:

      Always like Seb and always married him in most of my save. You're mod really makes him more real.

    First, I absolutely love this version of Seb. Your version of him works so well <3.

    I have another mod that lets me play the Prairie King game with NPCs once I reach a certain level of hearts, so I like to think of it as another way for Seb and the farmer to bond.

    On his seven (black) heart event, I rejected his advances because it didn't seem right for my character to go along with it due to how he wasn't himself at the time. Is there still a possibility to romance him after rejecting his advance that time?

      It is 100% fine to reject his advances when he is under the influence. After you get through the rehab arc, the 8 heart (black) event will trigger on a rainy day. During that conversation, there is a point where you can tell Seb that you are just friends or give him another chance :)

      I don't know how this mod managed to make me smile, break my heart, and then make me smile again, but it did.
