Removes flashing during FTL sequence, for those with epilepsy.

A small mod which disables the flashing that occurs during FTL sequences to help those with photosensitive epilepsy. Light sources such as torches have also had their flickering removed.

Like other mods place the extracted folder in the Starbound mods folder.
