More than 20 new weapons inspired by Tribes Ascend. Spinfusors included.

Just something I started in my spare time. The weapons aren't particularly balanced well, but work best around tiers 7-9.
The weapons are 1 pixel each at the workbench, just for testing purposes.
INSTALLATION:
1. Put the folder into the Starbound mods folder.
