   I move the SoL42.package file to the: D:\Games\Steam\steamapps\common\Spore\Data. And when I use the Staff of Life, it's count is decrease. Is this how it should be?

      Staff of Life should not depleate, it should stay on 42. If the tool usage went down you probably didn't install the mod correctly. Try to add ! to beginning of the mod file package name.

      If you are playing galactic adventures you need to put the package into Spore\DataEP1.

      Move the SoL42.package file to the Data folder at the following path: - "C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\SPORE Galactic Adventures\Data"... OR "C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\SPORE\Data" (If you do not have Galactic Adventures).
