I'm having difficulties getting it to work with the Steam version. I have it installed in the folder mentioned in the description, but for some reason the prices of the cell parts are unchanged.
Agree, this mod causes the game to crash when trying to evolve from cell to creature. The best fix I have so far is to save just before evolving, close the game, remove the mod from Data folder, and open the game again. Just reinstall when starting a new game. Annoying but worth it esp if playing a pacifist race that doesn't kill others, makes getting evo parts tricky so every DNA point is gold!
im new to spore(or at least playing it) and where would i put this mod if i got it from steam? spore and its 2 DLC are on sale on steam for $10.02(price may vary due to sale tax) till july 9th
Hi, I downloaded SporeMaster, the tool that helps one mod Spore. I am new to modding but learning as I go. I was looking at your file unpacked, but am not sure how you converted the files under "cell parts" into XML files to be edited. Would you mind helping me learn? I also want to learn how to mod the speed of progression (make it cost more DNA to progress).
