For some reason OpenTexMod has completely stopped working for me. I can't click anything in the ui. I can only add games and nothing else. So I have to resort to using regular Texmod and manually load textures into the game each time before launch. Do you think you'd be able to upload these as .tpf files?

Also do you have any idea how to disable character lighting and post processing effects? I can't use the Loadout mod as changing the umd file causes a general protection fault error at launch...

Friend your mod it seems to be very good, I did the step by step, I got to part 9 in the tutorial but the program it does not accept ZIP files, it also has nothing about (update reload) could you simplify this tutorial in some other way to make it clearer by great kindness?

Make sure you're using the program called OpenTexMod not TexMod, there is a link in the description to download it (click the orange text)

Could you make this for the enemy npc splinter cells in the campaign? With green lenses

Unfortunately it isn't possible for me to do that. For some reason every other character/outfit with goggles will have a red model spawned in front of the light texture. Thus changing textures has no effect for Kestrel, 3E Elite Campaign Models, Shadow Suit, Sam Fisher, etc. For some reason Archer's 3E Elite suit is the only one that doesn't use that which is why his lenses can be changed.

I followed every step on how to install this mod and when I try to click on update(reload) nothing happens to Sam. It still leaves him as his default and not the modded outfit. Any way to fix this?

When you say Sam do you mean from the campaign? If so then I'm sorry but this mod will only work for the character Archer in the Deniable Ops game mode. As of right now there is no way to model inject and model swapping is very difficult.

Why are they dds files? Should they not be tpf files since this game requires TexMod? None of the other texture mods are in dds format, so why this?

TexMod doesn't work with either my Steam or Uplay version of the game, only OpenTexMod does, when dumping textures it can't repack them as tpf but it can read .zips with the dds textures inside provided they are named correctly. tpf is just a container file not a texture format
