hey there, i saw the problem u were facing about the game not supporting higher resolution videos, and i did some searching and found this : https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=728093866 . under the "[SP] AI Enhanced Videos" the description says that each archive includes a modified game executable that removes the 640x480 video restriction when playing Bink videos and increases it to 3840x2160. so all u gotta do is download one of the archives and u'll get the modded exe which will allow you to place that video u want. alternatively i uploaded the modded exe alone here "https://drive.google.com/file/d/1OcASe6HvB3z1mjmSlDlObkN7H6mY4Rv3/view?usp=drive_link".
