Hey, no problem. For the core part of the mod, move the "textures" folder from the "core mod" folder into your "Spellforce - Platinum edition" folder, the same where your Spellforce.exe file is.
For any of the optional files there is a readme included, but in general, the .dds files goes into the texture folder, and folders called data, mesh, skinning and texture also goes into your "Spellforce - Platinum edition" folder. If you want to use this mod with other mods, do not overwrite the GameData.cff file. It contains a few new things, such as adding shields to the recruits, but makes it incompatible with some other mods.
Kudos. Quite an impressive work with several noticable changes early on. Only drawback is that the GameData.cff file used makes it impossible to use it along with most other mods.
Thank you very much for this great mod! Just one question: I would like to integrate your textures in a 2x and 4x upscaled version in my own mod 'High Res Textures'. Credits are given, I will also link to this mod. Would that be fine for you? I know this mod can be used as part of other mods without asking for permission but I wanted to be sure. I can provide you the upscaled files if you want to make sure they stand up to your original ones first.
Sure thing, go right ahead. This mod already has 2x upscaled textures available, so that might save you some work. I can have a look at the upscaled textures if you notice that there's a noticeable texture bleed, but otherwise I think it'll be fine
Just an updated texture of the orc veteran. I noticed that their shoes were green, now they are brown instead.
Might also be an upcoming optional variant of the elf healer with the collar removed, and a few updated textures of the Utran and Hallit soldiers. Had a bit of a modding binge while replaying the game, but haven't had the time to upload the stuff!
Glad you like it. I'd like to add more images, but Spellforce doesn't have a proper screenshot function, so it's a real pain to take pictures. I could add some before/afters of the 3d renders though
It's a sampler :) The mod contains somewhere around 150+ new character skins, so it's quite an undertaking going back and screenshot every one of them. I recommend that you try out the Core component of the mod if you like what you see. Installing and uninstalling is as easy as moving a folder, and the Core component is save game compatible, so you can even do it in the middle of an existing campaign.

Also, don't forget to grab the updates 1 & 2.
