For version 3.0 I've included all four folders ("texture", "mesh" "animations" and "skinning") which you'd need to place in the main directory as explained above.

10/10 but there's a small problem, maybe its due to the latest patch ?. Not every Winter's Unit/Building UI its there, most use the default UI its that correct or did I missed something ?. I can confirm that everything is been changed correctly so its just the UI.
I believe that all the spells of the hero, unit pictures and building pics should be replaced - except for the new Pixies, Titan and Siege of version 2.0.
Check the files for the names of the 2D art and you'll see which ones have cards.
