Barachiel no longer needs a Comp Patch to reload the Assault Cannon.The comp patch is now only needed if you want to play the singleplayer campaign. It is no longer required for the singleplayer special missions.
For the story singleplayer campaign, a compatibility patch is required that reverses some changes to weapons, magazine sizes, reloading and animations, otherwise some weapons in the singleplayer campaign are not really usable.
The Comp-Patch can be found in the optional downloads. Please note that the Comp-Patch may cause problems in multiplayer COOP.

I'm not sure why, but for me the new passive perks aren't showing up in the latest update. For example, under Amour > Perks > Upgrade 1 I have: Chain Lightning 15, Shockwave 15, and Spontaneous Combustion 15. As per your screenshot of the new Librarian perks, it should be Thunderlord 1 and Thunderlord 2 there.
With some further testing, I see Assault's Deep Striker and Zealot are there, but not Berserker; for Chaplain I have Retribution 20 instead of Retributor (the icon is the same as your screenshot, but my German is rusty, so I can't translate what your perk description says so as to ascertain if it is in fact the Retributor perk), this is in the Upgrade 2 area, not Upgrade 1 area as per your screenshot; for Tactical it's all over the place compared to your screenshot - Tech-Marine is there, but I don't have any other perks next to it in the Upgrade 1 area. I have 10 perks in the Upgrade 2 area, and 3 perks in the Upgrade 3 area.
Edit: So, I've narrowed this down. The issue is when I use the Compatibility Patch for Singleplayer. When I don't use it, everything is as it should be.
The AI seem to get stuck immediately after passing the first locked door on mission one. I've downloaded the patch and renamed it as suggested but it still doesnt seem to work.
Also the immediate bundle of around 6 scythe strain genestealers feels a little excessive. The only thing that seems to work is to retreat into the boarding torpedo where they can't reach you and let your invincible squad mates deal with them whilst firing over their heads.
I understand this mod is targeted at multiplayer but the campaign seems a little unplayable atm.
Just out of interest, does anyone know if it is possible to swap the basic Coop/Special Mission Librarian skin (literally the first one in the list), with the maxed out skin that the singleplayer Librarian gets once you have collected all relics? I know that that the first Librarian skin IS the singleplayer Librarian skin, but it's the basic skin, before you have collected any relics. Would be awesome to have the singleplayer Librarian's end-of-game all relics collected skin for Coop/Special Mission.
I think it should be possible, but I won't have time to test it in the near future. Skins are rather 'low priority' for me and gameplay & sound design are in the focus at the moment.
It might be something I look into doing myself. I also want to see if Barachiel's and Nahum's choice of weapons can be expanded, without breaking the game, such as giving the remaining heavy weapons to Barachiel: Heavy Flamer, Spear of Caliban and Vengeance Cannon.
If you don't mind me asking, how would I go about unpacking the game files?
Hmm, okay, I wonder if their skins change be swapped out for one of the Heavy or Medic skins available to the player in coop/Special Mission. I'll have to take a look.
Is there a file somewhere to remove the heavier weapon limited ammo. Barachiel on the first mission mag dumps on the boss-like enemies that spawn and runs completely dry. I'm used to big game overhauls that add challenge and sometimes their own twist on the mechanics but I'd rather him have a weapon with ammo rather than be a liability after a few enemies in when he mag dumps again. And no I'm not gonna give him a smaller weapon lol.
I've poked around trying to delete assets using UAssetGUI or files that I've extracted in the DistanceWeapons section that I thought would revert the weapon ammo changes but to no avail. I've definitely modded a great deal of games but never had to pick apart a specific mod to change one minor thing. As I'll admit I'm a little lost.
Hi, unfortunately Barachiel only has a normal magazine with 400 rounds. That's why he immediately ran out of ammunition.
The mod requires a compatibility patch for singleplayer campaign and special missions with NPCs Terminator, which will revert the changes to the magazines.
I'm on the PC right now and will make one and upload it. Should be available within the next hour.

If you want to play multiplayer or special missions with Bots, you don't need the Comp Patch.
Play the tutorial without the mod and add it back afterwards. The tutorial only takes a few minutes.

To fix the AI cant walk trough doorways, download it and rename it to 999-AI-TERMINATOR-NPCs-Tweaks_P.pak
That enemies attack you during a cutscene is not from the mod, but is a problem from the original game.

Just join and read the basic guides. You will also find links to further sources., like General UE Modding or Modloader.
I don't think it will be that easy to change the arsenal of players and NPCs.
Warhammer games based on the Unreal Engine don't have a modding community.
