updated for 0.18. item wear and degradation implemented but not tested fully. trade values fixed, but 0.18 trade UI changes don't show custom items anymore. similar problems with storage rules. these seem to be limitations of the game engine hard coding things.
i will get to updates for 0.19 once i can. it is very time consuming, and this mod is the most difficult to update. i've fixed the UI bug, and a couple more small ones, but trade values are insanely difficult, and weapon power gets... weird. most of my other mods i can get done with some testing within 12 to 24 hours of investigation, edits, trial-and-error testing, and packing up. not this one.
keep in mind that i have to reverse engineer the game features all over again, with every version update. BugByte makes amazing progress with each version, considering team size. i'm not being paid here. i do this for fun because i like to create. anything else in real life that happens will take priority.

i've been updating it... well actually, rewriting it. the game changed a lot in 0.15 and 0.16!
my holdbacks right now are balance and defining how much other factions have. also, with the introduction of energy weapons, these don't add much to gameplay anymore.
My "Less Lethal Weapons" mod does add new gameplay, so that took priority, and is for 0.16
