Enables building all floor types in the game, under the WALL menu.
This adds no new content, it simply makes all existing floors buildable.
The tiles are shown in an order that makes sense to me, based on their style.
1) Obsidian tiles (like the default player ship floor).
2) Specialized tiles.
3) Colored Patterns (each in sequence Blue, Green, Grey, Light Grey, White, Brown) right to left.
4) Overlay decorations.
Uses xpath, so this should be compatible with other mods, unless that mod also adds objectData to the floor definitions.
