I started building a base in a really gorgeous area, only to discover that plants and shrubs don't grow back. After an entire playthrough of cannibal attacks and kevin antics it slowly turned into a barren field. I'm so glad I can have it all back and not have to worry about tip-toeing around my last few remaining shrubs anymore lol
Why small plants don't regrow is so baffling to me when they did in the first game. I was holding out hope they'd add it with the 1.0 release but im so glad I don't need to wait anymore
Is there a way to add a feature to keep world object spawns the player puts permanent so they won't disappear after loading? As an example, if I use 'spawnworldobject treetype' in areas even in water as a decoration purpose to remain permanently?
Trying to figure it out myself with RedNodeEditor to see where or what is preventing player-spawn objects from staying after loading. It's going to be a steep learning curve for me, but at the same time, I am learning about mod creation for the game. If you do find where that cmd lives let me know or if you figured out how to make it an option in your mod!
I'll do that maybe later. The thing is that all mods here on Nexus are for BepinEx. The stuff that requires RedLoader is here: https://sotf-mods.com/profile/codengine.
To your other question: The numbers for the rate are rather small floating point values (0.00219 for example) which is a bit... inconvenient for the average user if you ask me.
It might be helpful to add to readme that you need to tick the one-use-container first, load and save game, then edit the save again with unticking this option to start the actual refill on every load.

If you are interested, just visit the discord and we can clarify the details there.
However I would like to keep the day length long but thirst/hunger to deplete faster, is there such a way using your editor?

Also, can we get to choose the rate for consumption etc rather than short- default - long
