      I think it's implied by the description that this mod makes the cannibals friendly.  Might be wrong though.

      or maybe that if a tribe attack you, a friendly one will always come to help you aswell

      I was thinking it removes the chance of getting the gameover option on death, insead endlessly being "rescued" more like bringing you back to eat you, they never take your knife though.
