For now these are all I've modified. Eventually I'm sure I'll do more but that will likely be months yet.
You can make your own if you know how to make a background transparent. I've been using GIMP, applying a mask layer, and then coloring black on the background to set as transparent. There are ways to potentially do it faster but this has been working for me.
If you want to try it the Solasta discord has people knowledgeable on how to do it in the Custom Portraits section.
For that you'd have to ask the Unfinished Business modders, either on the UB github or on the Solasta discord channel. They would be able to tell you whether it was possible to code for that or whether they would want to enable it or not.

On another note, is it possible for you to make a folder for weapons? i'd really like to change the pictures of some of the weapons in the game.
