I am stuck in the Black Cyst Abyss. I am too dumb to figure out what to do. I keep cycling through several gates and they lead me (eventually) back to the entrance level. Going through the areas I can access (again and again) I found one switch near 4 floor plates. Another message in another area says "something about the Alter is OFF". I "think" I've walked over everything and done so in stealth mode. I am assuming I'm missing some small "something", OR there is something with the 4 plates and the switch. But, as I admit, I'm too dumb to figure it out.
I know this is about the end, so I can just drop the game adventure and be done, but I also would like to end it properly. Anyone have advice on how I continue through the Black Abyss/Tempe of the Eye to finish this? Thanks in advance.
With map pointing north, try to take all eastern or northern gates. Eventually you'll reach a small room with a button (there are 2 such rooms), that will open a door to the final room. you'll know since there's a firepit for rest.
Just finished the story. Pretty cool. I endorse. I strongly suggest having a mountaineer fighter tank. 90% of the mod is in small corridors. By the end he had 30 AC with the +2 shield, Dwarven armor, and other protection items. Fought the last battle at lvl 13, and that pushed me over lvl 14. Shame it didn't earlier, I tried to not miss any fights.
Im writing this comment while 30 orcs with 30 hp against lvl 11 party each making their turns. Whats the point of this fight exept giving me time to write a review? Idk. P.S. oh im sorry, thers another batch of 20 orcs appears suddenly 2 turns into a fight, my bad.
This would be good if getting out of the Moat House section wasn't such a pain. Twice my wife and I have struggled with this. First time it took us two hours to get out. And I have no idea what it was that freed us. We had to restart because a character choice just was not working out. But this time we just can't gtfo and we are at 3 hours. Every section in the world map, and moat, and under levels have been cleared and looted. every camp fire rested at, every bush murdered. Every item picked up , and read. And it still kicks us back at the ladder. Please for the love of all that is holy log/message out a hint of what it is is being missed in that final check. There has to be a way, or ease up the restrictions... something. Everything is dead that is going to hurt the caravan. Have the quest for the sage... Otherwise this has been brilliant fun. Except getting stuck like this without a clue. Really would love to see the end of this. Really would . :(
This campaign is excellent, only the final parts are disappointing. The random dungeon part was very-very boring. Skipping it would have made the whole experience much better. And the final fight should have been better and harder. I can't be more specific without spoilers. And that particular column at the location of the final fight should have been somewhat more different than everything else, I almost closed the game thinking that was all, there's no ending. So the first part is 92%, the last part meh, all in all 80%.
I am stuck on the Vila on the Edge quest. I have explored the Vila and have been underground. But I am stuck on the magical door that is sealed. Any hits on how to get past it?
EDIT: NVM, I just had to progress further through the campaign.
So I killed the final monster, its spawns and the mage with 2 spawns that shows in the third turn or so. And now I'm stuck in that little patio. What do I have to do?
Hey, sorta newbie to modding in general, but for some reason it says the .zip file is not supported by the Unity Mod manager. would love to experience what the mod has to offer, so hopefully not too late for that. thanks in advance!
