various CryEngine3 tweaks

(current config is for my lower end pc [ryzen5/[email protected]/3g])

-for better hardware, bump the numbers. if 1/0=0/1 , if *range/amount/ratio=0-1 or 0.12 , CryEngine system/spec variables can be 0-4.

in the zip is two folders, copy them to the game dir and overwrite. Ensure the autoexec.ini file is marked as read only.

The engine.pak has been modified for higher fidelity, edit autoexec.ini for performance improvements.

this is for Sniper Ghost Warrior Contracts 1(first one is for the 2nd game), extract to game dir and overwrite. Edit autoexec.ini for better performance.
