After you have installed melonLoader and the mod, load the game once
exit the game
On your computer, browse to the folder where your game is stored ( C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Slime Rancher 2\ is the default for steam)
go to the UserData folder
Open the MelonPreferences.cfg file in a text editor (e.g. notepad.exe)
scroll through the file until you find the [MoreYolkySlimes] section
In the [MoreYolkySlimes] section, change the YolkySpawnChance setting to a value between 0.0 and 1.0
Save the file
Launch the game
The section will look like this:
[MoreYolkySlimes] # Percent chance (as a decimal: '5%' is '0.05') that Yolky Slimes will spawn from nests. Game default is 0.004. Mod default is 0.05 YolkySpawnChance = 0.05
To make it 75%, it would look like this:
[MoreYolkySlimes] # Percent chance (as a decimal: '5%' is '0.05') that Yolky Slimes will spawn from nests. Game default is 0.004. Mod default is 0.05 YolkySpawnChance = 0.75
