The Angel Slime can be found in the Moss Blanket, and the Demon Slime can be found in the Glass Desert. If you haven't already unlocked them, it may take you a while to get there, but you could always spawn them with the commands spawn ANGEL_SLIME or spawn DEMON_SLIME!
