-- This mod can be used with my other Vivid Weathers ReShade, which will give you basically the opposite of these graphics: The Dragonborn Comes - Live Action Trailer Graphics - a ReShade for Vivid Weathers: http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/9990?. Just switch the .ini files using the in-game ReShade menu. Instant switch, instant fap. Idk. Try it ;) --

-- Update 1.1 removes the purple tint present in 1.0. All the comparison pics from version 1.1 (latest version) you could ever want to see here: http://imgur.com/gallery/V0VRb. Pics here on the Nexus mod page are all from version 1.0 except the last two comparison shots. Vids coming when I have time. --

Dragon Breaker ReShade is steeped in bold blue and white and meant to function as an ENB-light. Optional fantasy lighting effects, depth of field, film grain, vignette, cinematic letterboxing, and many other features will help you customize Dragon Breaker ReShade into your perfect, performance-friendly, Skyrim look. Disable the lighting changes (by pressing 4 and 6 on the default controls setup) for a gorgeous, crisp look that makes you want to drink the water and kiss the sky.

Vivid Weathers is required to get the same look and probably not to be blinded. I can look into making this compatible for vanilla weathers, if anyone cares. But let me know as I won't probably bother otherwise, this stuff takes a lot of time.

ELFX is highly recommended. I don't use the enhancer though, but it may work out ok. Use Vivid Weathers to change interior and night exterior brightness to taste. I use night brightness set to "3". All pics are using Vivid Weathers at default settings for day, level 3 brightness for night. No change to interior brightness and ELFX on.

CONTROLS
(numberpad must be enabled for numberpad controls to work. All are remappable with in-game ReShde menu)
Toggle mod - "END" key (if install with the .exe, control is Shift+F2)
Toggle ReShade menu - "F1" (if install with the .exe, control is scroll-lock)
Toggle close-range Depth of Field - "/" on numberpad
Toggle long-range Depth of Field - "9" not on numberpad
Toggle Film Grain - "3" not on numberpad
Toggle Sharpness - "5" not on numberpad
Toggle Bloom (the white flares and glows on shiny objects) - "6" not on numberpad
Toggle Cineamtic Black Bars - "0" not on numberpad
Toggle Ambient Light (controls lens flare and added lighting effects on spells) - "4" not on numberpad
Toggle Vignette - "*" on numberpad (that's an asterisk, in case that's hard to see)

ALSO - When the UI or menu is blurry, it's caused by one of the depth of fields. If it bothers you a lot, you can either look into sky before pausing the game or going into a menu or press one of the two hotkeys below to disable the DoF while in the menu and reactivate upon exiting the menu. This can't be fixed because of how ReShade works. It's either have no depth of field or have a few minor inconveniences from time-to-time.

INSTALLING

Disable the snow shader in the Skyrim launcher. May not be required, but fairly sure you'll be blinded if you don't. It's disabled in all my pics.

Short: If you downloaded through steam, extract and copy/paste my files and folder into your Skyrim SE main folder if you downloaded through steam and haven't changed your steam install path from the default -- C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\Skyrim Special Edition. Open the ReShade menu once your game loads and select "MercsDragonBreakerReShade.ini". The effects should load up. Profit!

Otherwise use this guide:
Long:
1. Download my zip file on the file page here and the Reshade 3.0.7 from here https://reshade.me/
2. Scroll to bottom of page and download whatever the latest version advertised is.
Run the .exe that you just downloaded. Probably best to copy it to your desktop or somewhere else first outside your downloads folder.
Follow the steps it tells you selecting yes everything it asks.
3. Select your "SkyrimSE.exe" which is in the main folder of the game. Probably in C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\Skyrim Special Edition
4. Select the DirectX 10+ version after you select the "SkyrimSE.exe."
5. Run your game
As your game loads up, you should see a grey box popup in the top of the screen saying it's loading all the reshade effects.
Once it's done, hit "shift+F2" and follow the promps. The most important thing is to hit the plus symbol next near the top of the Reshade GUI and type any name you want.
Follow the other prompts until the boxes turn from red to black or grey or whatever indicates you're done with the very short tutorial.
Close your game.
6. Extract the "MercsDragonBreakerReShade.ini" file that you downloaded from the zip file here and place only that file in your Skyrim main folder where SkyrimSE.exe also is.
8. Run the game again and reopen the Reshade GUI with Shift+f2 and click click the drop down menu, this time selecting my MercsDragonBreakerReShade.ini preset. The new effects should start loading with my custom settings.
9. PROFIT!

UNINSTALLING

1. Delete the Reshade folder, dxgi.ini, dxgi.dll, and dxgi.log and MercsDragonBreakerReShade.ini files from your game folder. That's it.
Enjoy, leave comments below if you're having trouble installing or better yet youtube a Resahde 3.0+ install guide. It's extremely easy.
You may notice a slight decrease in performance, but it should still be pretty similar FPS to what you usually get. The visual difference is night and day to me and I can't ever go back to vanilla.
