   Sort of a compromise between the two if it's possible:
   

   
   
   • Lit Brazier Bowl with fire = Heat source which means no snow.
     
   • Stones under the Brazier = No snow for the above reason.
     
   • Stones touching the ground = Has snow due to being too far from the brazier to melt the snow.
     
   • How would this and Icy Windhelm work Seasons of Skyrim and Unfrozen?

      I already talked about this with Wizkid as i prefer to see that too.
      But that would require complete new meshes and have them in two parts.
      And hand place those on same spot. Very much work.
      That is why i came up with this BOS file. One or the other.
      
      For the last question maybe better ask Fallven. She is very good with creating patches for those Season mods.
