   I like this idea.
   I have not read them, but even if they are bad, they cant be worse than Skyrim's books having "aaah" written as their writers final words lol.

      I have tried making them more or less authentic. But obviously people can have their own head canons that will contradict.

   Sybille seems to be selling her letters. Am I right that removing the keyword you have on the letters stops that from happening?

      Those vampires. Selling personal letters! To be honest I am not sure how to fix it. Try the keyword trick and if it works, please, inform me, so I can include the fix in the mod.

      I double checked and removing the VendorItemBook keyword from the notes in xedit stops her from selling the two letters and both are still in her inventory if pickpocketing her. I don't know if there's any hidden consequences to removing that keyword from the notes. It's weird to me that all the paper notes/journals in the vanilla game all have the keyword.

      It shouldn't interfere with anything, as these notes do not do anything gameplay-wise. So I am going to remove this keyword from them.

   I've always wanted something like this, notes on NPCs to know more about them, especially vampires and wolves.

   Great idea - I really like the idea of giving more life to the inhabitants of Skyrim! That was something I really missed in vanilla. That is something I would really like to see implemented for other NPCs as well. Just a bit more info how the wound up there or what they are up to.
